Eligibility for the Georgia Education and Training Voucher (ETV) Program is determined based on federal and state guidelines. Final eligibility must be verified by a Georgia Independent Living Specialist (ILS).

Answer the eligibility questions below to determine if you may qualify and to find an ILS who can help confirm your eligibility.

Please review these key eligibility criteria before proceeding:

  • Students must have completed a high school diploma or GED to be eligible for Georgia ETV.   Dual-enrolled students who meet all other eligibility criteria but have not yet received their high school diploma are not yet eligible for ETV funding.
  • Students must be accepted into an accredited institution of higher education.  A student who has completed high school or a GED program, and meets all other criteria, but has not yet been accepted into a college or university is not yet eligible to receive Georgia ETV support.

For those students who have not completed either/both criteria, please complete the eligibility questions below so that you may connect with an Independent Living Specialist.  Students are encouraged to connect with their state specialist before completing their high school diploma or GED program to better understand available support and next steps.
